gardy-craft.com ("Gardy Craft", "we") is operated by FLOFUM, S.L., registered office Calle Parcerisa 13, Local 1, 08014 Barcelona, Spain, CIF B75621250. Reach us at support@gardy-craft.com.

"Gardy Craft" is a trading name and nothing more. Every contract formed through this site is with the company named above.

Taking these on

Using this site or sending a request means these terms apply to you. If they do not suit, please do not order. We suggest saving or printing this page whenever you place a request, so you have the version that applied.

Nothing written here removes or narrows any right you hold under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.

Eligibility

You need to be 18 or over and legally capable of entering a contract. Ordering confirms that you are. We supply both consumers and businesses; clauses that apply only to consumers say so.

What the listings promise

We describe things as carefully as we can — specification, dimensions, what comes in the box. Even so:

• Photographs are illustrative. Screens render colour differently, and packaging gets redesigned.
• Manufacturers change specifications without telling retailers first.
• Minor differences between the picture and the product do not make an item non-conforming.

Where what arrives differs in a way that genuinely matters, the Returns policy applies in full.

What things cost

• Quoted in euro (€) unless we say otherwise, and inclusive of VAT where VAT applies.
• Carriage and any cash-handling charge sit on top and are disclosed in full during confirmation, before you commit.
• What the courier collects is what we confirmed. Nothing is added afterwards.
• Prices may change at any time, but never for an order already confirmed.

Where a price appears wrongly through obvious error we are not obliged to supply at it. We will contact you, explain the mistake, and let you choose between the correct price and cancelling without charge.

The moment you are committed

1. Your request is an offer to buy. It binds nobody and no payment is taken.
2. We may contact you to check details and availability.
3. A contract exists only once we confirm the order and tell you it has been dispatched.

We may decline a request — stock gone, address beyond our service area, contact details we cannot verify, or an obvious pricing error. A declined request costs you nothing.

How you pay

• Paid in cash, in the delivery country's currency, as the parcel changes hands.
• Ownership of the goods passes to you once payment is made in full.
• Risk passes when you, or someone you nominate, physically takes the goods.
• We will never ask for card details, banking credentials or payment in advance. Any such approach is fraudulent — please report it to support@gardy-craft.com.

Getting it to you

Timings, charges, failed attempts and transit damage are governed by the Delivery policy, which forms part of these terms. Transit figures are estimates, never guaranteed dates.

Where we have not delivered within 30 days of confirmation and you have allowed us a further reasonable period, you may cancel.

Changing your mind

Consumers hold a statutory 14 days to withdraw, which we extend to 30 days. The procedure, the exclusions and the refund timetable are in the Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

The two-year cover

Goods sold to consumers carry the two-year legal guarantee under Directive 2019/771. How to claim is set out in the Returns policy.

Behaving yourself online

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent
• Send requests you have no intention of accepting or paying for
• Attempt unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
• Introduce malicious code, or scrape, overload or disrupt the site by automated means
• Copy, reproduce or resell any part of the site without our written consent

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone in breach of this section.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, graphics, logos and their arrangement on this site are owned by or licensed to FLOFUM, S.L. and protected by copyright and trade mark law. Manufacturers' names and marks remain the property of their owners; their presence here implies no endorsement of us and no affiliation with them.

When the site is down

We aim to keep the site running but guarantee nothing. It may be suspended, withdrawn or restricted for maintenance or commercial reasons, with notice wherever that is reasonably possible.

Where our responsibility ends

Nothing here excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded — consumers' statutory rights and our product liability obligations included.

Subject to that, we are not liable for:

• Loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or lost opportunity
• Damage arising from use of a product contrary to the manufacturer's instructions or applicable safety rules
• Delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control — severe weather, industrial action, carrier failure, restrictions imposed by public authorities

Where we are liable, that liability is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned.

Working safely with what we sell

Much of what we sell is powered or electrical. Read and follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety warnings, wear appropriate protective equipment, and keep such items away from children. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse or by ignoring those instructions.

Amendments

We may amend these terms. The version that binds you is the one published here when your request is made, and changes never apply retrospectively to confirmed orders. The date above shows when the current version took effect.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of Spain. Consumers resident elsewhere in the EU retain the protection of their own country's mandatory consumer law and may bring proceedings in its courts.

If we fall out

Please write to support@gardy-craft.com first — almost everything is settled that way. Where it is not, EU consumers may approach their national consumer protection authority or an alternative dispute resolution body where they live.

The rest of the small print

Should any provision prove unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder stands. These terms, with the Delivery, Returns, Privacy and Cookie policies, form the entire agreement between you and FLOFUM, S.L. regarding your purchase.
