Delivery

Getting it to your door

Confirmation, packing, transit, and what the courier asks for when they arrive.

Effective 3 September 2026

Countries on the list

FLOFUM, S.L., trading as Gardy Craft, delivers to street addresses right across the European Union. Since money changes hands at the door, somebody has to be there to take the parcel and pay for it — which rules out PO boxes, poste restante and automated lockers.

How an order travels

  1. Your request reaches us. Nothing is charged and no card details are asked for.
  2. We come back to you. Usually inside a working day, to confirm the item, check the address and agree the exact sum the courier will collect.
  3. It goes out. The parcel is handed to our carrier and a tracking number follows by email.
  4. You settle at the door. Cash to the courier, once the box is in front of you.

Nothing is binding on either side until step two is complete. Where we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, or the item has sold out in the meantime, the request simply lapses and you are charged nothing.

Before it leaves us

Confirmed orders are packed and away within one to two working days. Working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays both at our end and in the destination country. Anything confirmed after 14:00 CET counts from the next working day.

Once it is moving

Counted from dispatch, not from when you first wrote. These come from our carriers and are estimates rather than promises.

RegionDays in transit
Central Europe — PL, CZ, SK, HU, SI, HR3 – 6
Western Europe — DE, AT, NL, BE, FR4 – 7
Southern Europe — IT, ES, PT, GR5 – 8
Nordic & Baltic — SE, DK, FI, EE, LV, LT5 – 9
Islands and remote areas7 – 12

Busy seasons, bad weather and a missed first attempt all stretch those figures. If yours is well overdue, write to support@gardy-craft.com with the reference and we will chase the carrier for you.

Carriage

Any carriage or cash-handling charge is spelled out during the confirmation call, before you agree to anything. The figure settled there is the figure collected. No handling supplement, fuel levy or administration fee turns up on the doorstep.

ChargeAmount
Carriage, standard€4.90
Free over€99.00
Handling, cash on delivery€2.50

Handing over the money

Payment is made in cash, in the currency of the delivery country, to the courier. Have the exact amount ready where you can, since drivers seldom carry a float.

Our carriers cannot take cards, cheques or transfers at the door. Nobody acting for us telephones ahead asking for card details, a transfer or a fee to "release" a parcel. That call is a scam — please report it to support@gardy-craft.com.

Inspecting before you pay

You are entitled to look inside before paying. If the contents are wrong, visibly damaged, or the sum asked for does not match what was confirmed, turn the delivery away. Nothing is owed and the parcel travels back to us at our expense.

Anything discovered after you have paid falls under the Returns policy.

A missed delivery

Carriers generally attempt twice. After a second miss the parcel waits at a local depot for a limited period before coming back to us. Get in touch and we will normally arrange a further attempt.

Turning away confirmed cash-on-delivery parcels repeatedly and without reason leaves us carrying genuine shipping costs, and we reserve the right to decline further orders to an address with a record of unclaimed deliveries.

If the address is wrong

Please check the address carefully when we confirm. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel correctly delivered to an address you gave incorrectly. Spot the error before dispatch and we will put it right at no cost.

Something arrived broken

Damage you can see: note it with the driver, or refuse the parcel outright. Damage you find after opening: email us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and your order reference, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund under the Returns policy.
