The company
gardy-craft.com trades under the name Gardy Craft. The shop itself belongs to FLOFUM, S.L., and it is that company you enter into a contract with — the trading name is a label, not a separate legal person.

What we keep in
The list is short by choice. A narrow shelf means somebody here has actually handled everything on it, and it means the item you asked about is usually the item that goes in the van — rather than a back-order we discover after taking your money.
- Lawn and edges — cordless trimmers
- Trees and hedging — battery chainsaws, precision pruners
- Paths and patios — pressure washers, weed burners
- Autumn — cordless leaf blowers
Stock turns over. If something has gone while your request was in the queue we say so on the confirmation call, and you walk away owing nothing. What we will not do is quietly send a different model and hope you do not notice.
Why there is nowhere to enter a card
Gardy Craft runs on cash on delivery and nothing else. Look for a basket or a payment page and you will not find one, because none has been built. The order runs: you ask, a person confirms, the parcel ships, the courier takes the money.
What that means in practice:
- No card number, IBAN or deposit is requested at any stage
- The box gets opened and checked on your doorstep before anything is paid
- Turning the parcel away costs you nothing whatsoever
If somebody telephones in our name asking for card details, a transfer or a "customs release fee", it is not us. Please send what they said to support@gardy-craft.com so we can warn other customers.
Where we deliver
Across the European Union, to a street address where a person can take the parcel in and pay for it. Cash on delivery cannot work through a locker or a PO box. Timings and any carriage charge sit on the Delivery page.
What EU law gives you here
Selling at distance to consumers in the EU places obligations on us that no wording on this site can remove:
- A 14-day right to withdraw under Directive 2011/83/EU, without needing to justify yourself. We run 30 days instead — extra time we give voluntarily, on top of the statutory period rather than in place of it.
- A two-year guarantee of conformity under Directive 2019/771. Faulty, mis-described, or simply not doing what it should, and you may ask for repair, replacement, a reduction, or your money back.
How to use either is set out on the Returns page and in the Terms.

Write to support@gardy-craft.com and expect an answer inside a working day. The postal address and a message form are on the Contact page.
When something goes wrong
Come to us first — nearly everything gets sorted that way and faster. Where it does not, EU consumers can take it to their national consumer protection authority or to an alternative dispute resolution body in their own country. Nothing written here limits that right.
